Each property has different requirements and not all of the areas listed might need attention.  The service provided will be tailored to your individual needs to achieve the overall aim of maximising the space you have and appealing to all the buyer's senses.



Process and Pricing

All 'Styling for sale' services begin with an initial verbal consultation (approximate duration 2hrs).

At this consultation I will ask you to show me around your property.  I will then walk around a second time alone taking photos and making notes.

Finally, we will go around your property again and I will tell you how the property appears from a buyer's perspective.  I will explain all the 'red flags' that will concern buyers and make recommendations as to how you can improve the look of your property so it will appeal to the broadest market resulting in a fast and high sale.

During this final walk around you are welcome to take notes and/or record my comments.

The fees for this consultation are £95.

After the verbal consultation if you are happy to make the improvements yourselves you are very welcome to do so.  Alternatively if you would like some further assistance a written report and hands-on project delivery are both available.

I will travel to any property within a 40 mile radius for free and anywhere thereafter at a rate of 40p/mile.
