Rental tenants may not own the property in which they live but it is still their home. In exactly the same way potential buyers need a property to feel 'right', rental tenants do too.

A good tenant is worth their weight in gold and the best way to find them is by creating a high demand for your property. This way you can sift through and select the cream of the crop. Styling your property is not only a sure-fire way to increase the interest and demand for it but also of maximising your rental prices.

Although the type of furniture and accessories you may purchase for a rental property (often sturdy, hard wearing ones!) may differ from what you would purchase for your home, the principles of creating the right 'feel' remain exactly the same.

Rental properties can be styled from scratch i.e. completely empty or by using existing furniture and accessories.

Process and Pricing

All 'Styling for rental' services begin with an initial verbal consultation at your property.

At this consultation I will ask you to show me around the property so we can discuss your requirements. I will then walk around a second time alone taking photos and making notes.  Finally, I will talk you through how to maximise your property to appeal to tennants.

The fees for this consultation are £95.

After the verbal consultation if you are happy to style the property yourselves you are very welcome to do so. Alternatively if you would like some further assistance a written report and hands-on project delivery are both available.

I will travel to any property within a 40 mile radius for free and anywhere thereafter at a rate of 40p/mile.
